When I came to you, I was firmly gripped by anxiety and depression, and struggling with panic attacks. As a result I had spent time off work and was scared to go out at all, living in fear of a panic attack. It’s safe to say that mentally I was in the worst place I have been. Admitting this, and asking for help was one of the most difficult, but best decisions I have made. It certainly wasn’t easy, but with an open mind and your guidance, I was able to get back to work and start to live my life again.
6 months on and I still have issues with anxiety and still have panic attacks. The difference is they’re far less frequent, and I’m much better equipped to deal with them when they do happen.
